Onboard Video Surveillance Notice

At Allen Mobility, your safety and that of our chauffeur are our priority. For this reason, our vehicles are equipped with video surveillance systems (dashcam) that record footage throughout the entire journey.

What is recorded

• Footage of the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle during the journey.

Purpose of the recording

• To ensure the safety of the chauffeur and passengers.
• To prevent and document any incidents, conflicts or road accidents.
• To serve as evidence in the event of a complaint, insurance claim or report to the authorities.

Legal basis
The processing of this footage is based on Allen Mobility's legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of people and property, pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data Retention
Recordings are kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes described above and are automatically deleted after that period, unless required as evidence in criminal, administrative offence or civil proceedings.

Your Rights
As the data subject, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your images, as well as to lodge a complaint with the CNPD – Portuguese Data Protection Authority.

By using our services, the passenger acknowledges and accepts that the journey may be video recorded, under the terms described herein.
